Anna A. Ward
President
Anna has been involved in the complex business and financial world since 1990. She earned her MBA and BA in Economics, from the prestigious Financial Economic University in Moscow, and worked for Russia’s largest company, Gazprom, for over 10 years.

As a partner at Renaissance, Anna specializes in Financial Analysis, Controllership, and Taxation for Business and Individual clients.

Rita L. Miller
Certified Public Accountant, M.A.
Rita has significant business and tax expertise through her experience as a CPA and former Tax Manager at Deloitte. She has also held roles in corporate finance,  non-profit leadership, and as a university instructor.

She is solutions-focused, with an emphasis on the unique circumstances of each client, using her diversified background to guide clients through complex issues and to understand their distinct needs and goals.

Steve J. Chapin
Senior Financial Advisor

Steve is a former Deloitte Tax Partner with experience across many industries and roles. He specializes in business structures, financing, business operations, individual and family wealth preservation plans, and complex taxation issues.

From his roles as a CFO and COO of a Real Estate Development firm and an Oil and Gas company, he brings vast expertise in development syndications, valuations, and financing for family-held businesses.
